Hunting knives are traditionally designed for cutting, and usually have a single sharpened edge. The blade is slightly curved on most models (we’ve added some of our favorite hunting knives throughout the article, these will show you what we mean), and some hunting knives may have a blade that has both a curved portion for skinning, and a straight portion for cutting slices of meat.

4116 Chemical Composition Details:
0.55% of Carbon: It improves hardness and wear/corrosion resistance, but a high amount of it decreases strength.
15% of Chromium: For tensile strength and Edge retention and enhances corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
1% of Manganese: Increases hardness and brittleness.
1% of Silicon: Increases strength like Manganese.
0.04% of Phosphorus: Increases strength.
0.03% of Sulfur: Increases machinability, and decreases strength.
0.8% of Molybdenum: Increase Machinability and strength.
0.15% of Vanadium: Improves wear resistance and hardenability.
